常若晗，女，汉族，中国共产党党员，1990年10月出生。现任北京体育大学心理学院师资博士后。
教育背景：2015年7月在首都师范大学获得教育学硕士学位， 2018年7月在中国科学院心理研究所获得理学博士学位。
