个人简历
2003.9-2007.7，在北京交通大学，获生物医学工程学士学位；2007.9-2012.7，在中国科学院物研究所，获生态学博士学位；2012.7-2017.12，在中国科学院动物研究所工作，期间于2016.3-2017.3，前往美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校访学；2018.1至今在北京师范大学任教。近5年主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各1项。


主要研究内容
关注动物行为学、进化生物学以及理论生物学等研究方向。通过数学建模与实验相结合的方法讨动物行为的进化机制及其与种群动态之间的交互影响。近年主要研究内容包括：雄性选择的进化及其普遍性；动物个性进化及其在种群动态调节中的作用；动物行为与物种形成的关系。
