张帆,女,籍贯为辽宁省沈阳市,1961年3月1日出生。1982年毕业于吉林农业大学植物保护专业,获学士学位,1998年晋升为研究员。2000年6月调入北京市农林科学院,现任植物保护环境保护研究所副所长,兼任北京昆虫学会秘书长及中国植物保护学会常务理事,无党派人士。曾获长春市首批“有突出贡献专家”和国家科技部和团中央授予的“青年科技标兵”称号,2006年获“蒲蛰龙学者科学基金优秀生物防治工作者”奖。
一、研究成果
先后主持或参加了20个科研项目的研究工作,均已通过鉴定或验收。2000年以来,获得国家科技二等奖1项(排名第四);北京市科技二等奖2项(排名分别为第一和第三);北京市农业推广二等奖1项(排名第一);中国植物保护学会植物保护科技二等奖1项(排名第一)。获省部级科技进步二等奖4项。近几年发表学术论文50余篇,获得国家发明专利4项。
