    张凤兰，研究员，女，1964年9月出生于山东，汉族，1984年7月毕业于山东农业大学蔬菜专业，获学士学位；1987年7月毕业于江苏农学院（现扬州大学）蔬菜学专业，获硕士学位；1999年3月在日本国立岩手大学获农学博士学位。1987年至今，在北京市农林科学院蔬菜研究中心工作。1990-1991年，在日本农林水产省野菜茶叶试验场研修；1995-1999年，在日本国立岩手大学攻读博士学位。1999年破格晋升研究员。

现任北京市农林科学院蔬菜研究中心育种部首席专家，耐寒蔬菜遗传育种研究室主任，兼任北京农学院、扬州大学、首都师范大学生命科学学院教授和硕士生导师，中国园艺学会十字花科蔬菜分会副理事长，中国农业科学院研究生院博士生导师。为农业部大宗蔬菜产业技术体系大白菜遗传育种岗位专家。

长期从事白菜遗传育种及分子生物学研究工作，完成了50余项国家和省部级科研项目，系统开展了白菜原始材料的筛选和创新、杂种优势利用、抗病性鉴定技术、品质评价及筛选技术、自交不亲和材料低成本大量繁殖技术、细胞质雄性不育育种技术、细胞工程及基因转化新技术、分子标记辅助育种技术等方面的研究工作。在大、小白菜育种、良种产业化和白菜单倍体育种和标记辅助育种技术研究领域居国内领先地位。先后育成33个大白菜品种通过北京市审定，8个品种通过全国审定，1个品种获得植物新品种保护授权。出版专著10部，发表论文170余篇，其中SCI收录论文13篇。获得授权国家发明专利3项，申请1项。获国家科技进步二等奖2项，北京市科技进步一等奖2项、三等奖1项，农业部中华农业科技奖一等奖1项。2001年被北京市总工会授予“首都五一劳动奖章”，同年被评为北京市优秀青年知识分子。2002年被全国总工会授予“全国五一劳动奖章”，2003年被评为全国留学回国人员先进个人及成就奖；2005年获得北京市优秀回国人员创业奖。2006年入选北京市新世纪百千万人才工程,并获政府特殊津贴。2009年入选国家新世纪百千万人才工程。
