个人简介 (Biography)
袁冬海,男,1978年12月出生,籍贯湖北郧西,工学博士,现任北京建筑大学环境与能源工程学院教授、博士生导师。
主要从事海绵城市建设规划设计、城市黑臭水体治理等方向的研究和工程设计工作。近年来承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家水污染治理重大专项及欧盟国际合作项目和企事业单位委托的城市建设和环境保护有关的课题30余项,重点攻克了城乡统筹环境系统整治城市重污染水体减负与生态修复关键技术和雨污水生态处理与资源化利用关键技术;作为国家黑臭水体专家组技术组长多次参加住建部和生态环境部黑臭水体联合督查,圆满的完成了督查、巡查任务,获得两部委高度认可。在Water Research,Environmental Pollution、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Ecological Indicator、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Ecological Engineering等核心期刊上发表学术论文70余篇(其中SCI论文52篇),出版学术著作3部,授权国家发明专利6项、国际发明专利3项,形成技术装备3套、环保新材料2项,获得了住建部华夏建设科学技术一等奖(2015、2018)、北京市科学技术二等奖(2016)、生态环境部环境保护科学技术二等奖(2018)、湖北省科学技术二等奖(2015)等省部级科技成果奖7项。
