王明进，山东省济宁市金乡县人，民盟盟员，法学（政治学）博士，教授。现为北京外国语大学国际关系学院副院长，《国际论坛》副主编，校学位委员会委员。毕业于中国人民大学国际关系学院，获法学博士学位，英国肯特大学访问。研究领域涉及欧洲政党政治、欧盟对外政策以及中国外交等。
主要学术兼职：中国人民大学欧洲问题研究中心兼职研究员，中国国际关系期刊研究会常务理事，北京市政协理论与实践研究会理事。
主要社会兼职：政协北京市海淀区委员会常委，民盟北京市委委员，民盟海淀区委副主委，民盟北京市委理论研究会副会长，民盟北京外国语大学支部委员会主委。

Professor Wang Mingjin is the deputy dean of School of International Relations and Diplomacy, Beijing Foreign Studies University. His main research fields cover European Studies and China foreign policy. He is the editor of Journal of International Forum, a journal focused on international studies, he is also a visiting professor of the Global Europe Centre, School of Politics and International Relations, University of Kent.
