This research utilized a quantitative approach to analyse the barriers faced by Chinese enterprises in their international expansion and what factors explain their perceived reduction. Variables from influential models focusing on entrepreneurial input and experiential knowledge were tested and a new combined model was produced that was better able to explain a reduction in the perception of barriers.
