谭树堂,特任研究员、博士生导师。
2009年本科毕业于山东大学生命科学学院国家生命科学与技术培养基地,获理学学士学位。2015年博士毕业于中科院上海生命科学研究院,获遗传学博士学位。2015年至2020年于奥地利科学与技术研究院进行博士后研究。
2020年11月加入中国科技大学生命科学学院,设立植物细胞与发育生物学课题组。致力于用分子遗传学、生物化学和细胞生物学等手段鉴定调控植物生长发育、介导内源激素信号和外部环境因子的新组分,并深入研究相关的分子机制和细胞动态。研究成果以第一作者发表于Nature Plants、Current Biology、The Plant Cell、Molecular Plant和Cell Reports等学术期刊上,并以合作作者于Science、Advanced Science、PLOS Genetics、PNAS、The EMBO Journal、The Plant Cell和eLife等发表多篇研究论文。相关研究多次受到 Faculty Opinions(formerly F1000Prime)推荐。曾获得中科院院长奖学金、中科院优秀博士论文、EMBO Long-Term Fellowship和IST Fellowship(Marie Curie COFUND)等奖项。现任Faculty Opinions的Associate faculty member和Molecular Plant的Feature editor。
