个人简历 Personal resume


刘刚，男，1972年生，博士，研究员，博士生导师。1993年毕业于安徽大学化学系，2003年1月在中国科技大学获工学博士学位。2006年12月－2008年1月在新加坡国立大学做Research Fellow。承担和参加了多项科研项目，包括973、863以及国家自然科学基金等。 主要从事同步辐射应用研究： 1、微纳加工技术、微分析系统和衍射光学元件研究 大高宽比微纳结构制作技术及应用研究；微型反应器、微型分析器的设计、制作技术及应用研究；大尺寸衍射光学元件制作技术及应用研究。 2、高空间分辨X 射线成像技术及应用研究 高空间分辨X 射线成像方法、成像关键器件研究；高空间分辨X 射线成像技术在纳米材料、燃料电池以及生物医学中的应用研究。
