研究方向
主要研究方向是前沿生物医学光学显微成像技术、生物医学图像处理分析技术以及应用相关技术解析小鼠等模式动物的脑神经环路连接和功能。聚焦面向全脑神经环路解析和病理组织样品完整成像分析的高速、高分辨三维光学显微成像技术的开发和应用，涉及 TB~PB 级图像数据的采集、处理、分析和可视化。绘制多种应激响应的全脑单细胞分辨神经活动图谱和连接图谱，在神经环路层面解析恐惧学习等行为范式的生理机制，理解动物脑对不同应激刺激响应机制的差异。应用高通量显微成像技术，从结构和功能上解析外周到中枢的神经信号传入和传出通路。
曾开发了一套超高速解析全脑神经环路连接和细胞活动的三维荧光显微成像技术及辅助技术(Wang et al., 2019, Natl Sci Rev）。包含超高速三维荧光显微成像技术（ VISoR）、样品包埋技术、组织切片贴片技术等，能够以前所未有的精度和速度实现突触可见的小鼠全脑显微成像。
