1959年12月生，安徽桐城人，信号与信息处理博士。现任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系教授、博士生导师，学校信号与信息处理学科负责人，《通信学报》和《数据采集与处理》编委，中国高等教育学会仪器科学及测控技术专业委员会和中国宇航学会光电技术专业委员会委员，中国电子学会高级会员。研究领域包括阵列信号处理、雷达信号处理、语音及语言信息处理、图像处理。在IEEE、《电子学报》等国内外期刊和学术会议上发表学术论文200余篇。主讲本科生课程《统计信号分析与处理》、研究生课程《信号检测与估计》和《高阶谱分析》。
