教育背景
2002年9月-2005年7月 复旦大学药学院药物化学专业,博士。论文:植物雌激素Kobophenol A的体内代谢产物及其机理研究。导师:胡昌奇 教授。
2000年9月-2002年7月 郑州大学工学院化学工艺专业,硕士。论文:双膦酸盐类药物的合成研究。导师:蒋登高 教授。
1989年9月-1993年7月 南京大学强化部理科强化班物理化学专业,学士。论文:沸石催化性质研究。导师:须沁华 教授。
工作经历
2010,3-现在 中国科技大学化学系,分析化学教授,博导。
2008,1-2010,5 美国斯坦福大学放射系博士后,设计分子探针,细胞内或动物体内生物过程示踪;肿瘤早期诊断和治疗。
. 发明一种全新的聚合反应,用于体内外合成纳米粒子。合成的纳米粒子用于体内外消化酶活性成像和肿瘤治疗。
. 设计纳米探针,用于肿瘤的早期诊断显像和治疗。
. 各种成像手段用于体内外消化酶的活性显像。
2005,9-2008,1 香港科技大学化学系博士后,超分子胶和纳米材料在生物医学方面的应用研究。
. 固相合成成胶小分子,体内外自组装成胶研究。
. 小分子胶和纳米材料的光动力学疗法(PDT)和过热疗法(HT)研究。
. 细胞培养(HeLa,Osteoblast等),细菌培养,肿瘤模型鼠建立。

研究实习员,助理研究员。从事核医学诊断药、骨质疏松症治疗药的研究。
. 合成数十个诊断用原料药。
. 发明骨质疏松治疗药二类新药一个。
. 合成MDP, MIBI, EC, ECD, EHIDA, NGA, TF, BZM, NTA, HL-91等化合物用于核医学研究。
. 合成帕米膦酸钠,阿伦膦酸钠和埃本膦酸钠用于治疗骨质疏松症。

主要研究方向
1, 纳米分析化学:新型“click”反应的研究,用于体内外控制性合成发光纳米材料。包括超分子水凝胶,大分子纳米粒子。用于细胞显像和疾病诊断分析。
2, 生物分析:细胞内各种蛋白水解酶的分析研究,细胞荧光、免疫荧光、电子电镜显像分析,动物肿瘤模型分析。
3, 医学分析:各种显像剂的研究,显像分析技术包括光学,CT, SPECT, PET,MRI。研究新型的显像剂用于肿瘤的早期诊断分析及术后评价分析。以及新 型抗肿瘤药物的研究。
