1999年在中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系获理学博士学位并留校工作。2001.9-2001.12在德国Chemnitz大学物理系做访问****(Silicon Bonding在气体传感器上的应用)。2003.12-2004.12在台湾新竹清华大学物理系做博士后(InGaN太阳能电池的研究)。2009.02-2009.11在美国宾夕法尼亚大学李巨教授的课题组做访问****,进行材料模拟计算的研究。参与科技部国家重大研究计划项目、科技部重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金委重大科研仪器专项、中国科学院重大科技基础设施开放研究项目。


研究兴趣包括:
层状氧化物的能源应用(光催化、电催化)
金属氧化物的磁、电性能研究
第一性原理计算
