个人简历 Personal resume


1985年7月安徽大学物理系本科毕业,1994年9月获中国科技大学理学博士学位。1999年6月担任中国科技大学物理学教授。1995年10月至2003年8月间,多次赴香港理工大学,作为副研、博士后研究员和研究员开展合作研究工作。2003年获得国家基金委“****基金”资助。长期从事过渡金属氧化物铁电薄膜、巨磁电阻薄膜、透明导电薄膜及其外延异质结构的材料、界面物理和器件研究。已发表SCI论文160余篇,论文他人引用2000余次。
