韩正甫，男，教授，博士生导师，1962年生，安徽寿县人。1983年安徽大学物理系毕业，理学学士；1990年中国科技大学物理系硕士毕业，理学硕士。1997年德国柏林自由大学访问****；1999年香港科技大学访问****。 科研简历：1990-2000年，中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室，任助理研究员-副研究员。2001年以后，中科院量子信息重点实验室副教授、教授；2007- 2009，中国科学技术大学，物理系主任；2009- 2015，中国科学技术大学，光学与光学工程系执行主任；2005- 2015，中科院量子信息重点实验室副主任。
