个人简历 Personal resume


陈出新，博士，教授，博士生导师。1983年本科毕业于北京大学地球物理系天体物理专业。1985年获北京大学地球物理系天体物理专业理学硕士学位。1986年至1989年，任中国科学院北京天文台助理研究员，从事射电天文观测。1989年赴美学习，于1994年获美国Rice University空间物理和天文系博士学位。并于1994年赴英国Exeter University数学系做博士后，从事磁流体发电机理论的研究。1998年在美国Prairie View A&M University物理系做博士后，从事地球磁层和电离层藕合的研究。后在美国Wright&Louge associates公司任项目工程师，从事大型稀疏矩阵计算的数学软件编程。2000年回国，任中国科学技术大学地球和空间科学学院副教授，从事教学和科研。2004年被聘为教授，博士生导师。
