个人简历 Personal resume


蔡刚，中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授，博士生导师，2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2012年获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金，2017年获得杰出研究校长奖，2019入选****领军人才，获得药明康德生命化学研究奖。主要采用冷冻电镜(cryo-EM)解析基因组稳定性和染色质结构调控的分子机制，取得了一系列具有创新性的研究成果。近五年主要学术成绩为解析ATM和ATR激酶首个高分辨率冷冻电镜结构，揭示ATM/ATR激酶活性严谨调控和活化的分子机制；首次清晰解析转录中介体和乙酰化NuA4/Tip60复合体的模块和亚基架构。近五年发表通讯作者论文11篇，包括Science 2017，Nature Communications 2016，2018，Cell Research，2014等；多次在国内外会议及科研单位作学术报告并应邀为Current Opinion in Structural Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Research等多种国际、国内学术刊物审稿。

需要具备生物化学，分子生物学，细胞生物学等系统知识；尤其欢迎有计算背景的考生。本实验室将提供系统全面的蛋白质及复合体高效纯化，冷冻电镜三维重构，和蛋白质-蛋白质，蛋白质-核酸相互作用研究的训练，使学生掌握冷冻电镜结构功能研究的前沿技术和方法。
