个人简历 Personal resume


储开芹老师于2009年取得美国罗切斯特大学光学博士学位，后在加州大学戴维斯分校的生物光子中心担任博士后和项目科学家，于2016年加入到中国科学技术大学。十多年来一直从事计算图像集成系统的研究，涉足数字成像、医疗影像、X射线单分子和晶体成像。 不仅成功开发了新型的成像系统,超分辨率技术，还跟尖端商业显微镜厂商合作，实现了科研转化，将开发出来的图像处理算法运用到了商业产品当中。目前主要研究方向是适用于活细胞四维（三维空间＋时间）观察的多模式超分辨率显微技术和便携式生物医疗仪器。

本课题的主要研究任务是利用光学，电子学以及现代计算手段和技术为生物，医疗开发功能更强大的观察技术。具体的研究内容是先进显微技术，并用来解决生物医疗领域的实际问题。热忱欢迎对生物光子感兴趣的同学报考。
