个人简历 Personal resume


Zach在2009年获得University of Rochester的 Institute of Optics 的博士学位.自2009年在加州大学戴维斯分校的Center for Biophotonics 当博士后. 2012年他被晋升为Project Scientist并被选为US NSF Entrepreneurial Fellow. 2015年九月来到中国科学技术大学任教. Zach教授的科研方向主要集中在光谱和显微技术领域,与创建用于研究活细胞的新工具的目标；开发低成本仪器发展中国家提供卫生保健。 已发50多篇国际论文，相关结果在《Light: Science & Applications》、《Nat. Comm.》、《Lab Chip》、《Analytical Chemistry》等著名期刊上发表; 有4项发明专利。

招生信息 Enrollment information


Any students with interest in our research are encouraged to apply, but we are particularly interested in students with background in optics, data analysis, and instrument control. Students should have good lab skills and programming ability (such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, etc.). Students with strong English ability are preferred.We are an international, multidisciplinary, English-language laboratory. Students can expect strong guidance and support for their development. We encourage an open and friendly atmosphere, with regular lab dinners and student activities such as BBQs and game nights. We also provide support for students to attend national and international conferences (~1-2 per year).
