黄伟：中国科学技术大学信息科学技术学院教授，中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院特聘研究员，博士生导师。 中国科学院“青年科学家奖”获得者，科技部科技创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”。 目前承担国家自然科学基金国家重大科研仪器研制项目、重点项目、面上项目、科技部重点研发计划、863课题、中科院重点部署项目、择优支持项目、装备研发项目，及财政部修购专项基金等。
