中科院广州能源研究所水合物应用基础研究室主任，中科院水合物重点实验室副主任，研究员，博士生导师。主要从事天然气水合物基础理论应用关键技术研究，承担了国家基金、水合物国家专项、863、 973、国家重点研发计划、中科院、广东省等课题。
