个人简历 Personal resume


倪国华,男,博士,中科院合肥物质科学研究院研究员,博士生导师,应用等离子体研究室副主任,低温等离子体应用课题组组长,医学物理与技术安徽省重点实验室等离子体医学学科带头人,国家重点研发计划项目负责人。 经历2006年进入中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院(等离子体物理研究所)工作。2010年起任等离子体物理研究所应用等离子体研究室副主任。2011年获中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院等离子体物理专业博士学位。2017年3月被聘为研究员。 科研项目先后主持了国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金、安徽省科技重大专项,国家自然科学基金重点项目和中科院STS项目子课题等10余项科研项目。(1)电子束复合介质阻挡放电等离子体肿瘤治疗技术及设备研发,(2019YFC**,科技部国家重点研发计划数字诊疗装备研发重点专项),570万元。(2)大气压多弧发生器等离子体射流脉动特性的研究(**,国家基金委面上基金),66万元。(3)水蒸汽等离子体技术处理水中难降解有机污染物及机理研究(**,国家基金委面上基金),82万元。(4)IMS在线监测和等离子体VOCs治理系统研发及在白色家电制造业的示范应用,安徽省科技重大专项,220万元。(5)热等离子体强化反应及颗粒生长调控的基础问题研究,国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题,62万元。(6)等离子体废气治理,中科院STS计划项目,30万元。(7)热等离子体处理低中放射性废物放射性核素在排放产物中分布的研究(**,国家基金委面上基金),30万元。(8)等离子体在生物医学中的应用及基础研究,(YZJJ201331,合肥物质科学研究院研究院院长基金),100万元。(9)等离子体医学研究系统,财政部修购专项,325万元。(10)低温等离子体应用(多项),横向课题,600多万元。 研究方向1、低温等离子体物理及发生技术;2、低温等离子体应用,包括等离子体在环境污染物治理、材料制备和生物医学等领域的应用。 科研成果先后在《等离子体源科学与技术》(Plasma Source Science and Technology)、《国际氢能》(International Journal of Hydrogen Energy)和《等离子体处理与聚合物》(Plasma Processes and Polymers)等杂志上共发表SCI论文30余篇。申请专利40余项,获授权专利31项(发明专利9项)。 获得荣誉先后获2015-2016,2017-2018年度省院共建有突出贡献科技人员 三等奖和二等奖(排名第一)。入选第二批合肥市庐州创新英才、2016年度安徽省高层次人才团队和第四批“江淮硅谷”创新创业团队。 论文专著1.
