个人简历 Personal resume


李永钢,研究员,博士生导师。2009年毕业于中科大物理系,2012.9-2014.9美国麻省理工学院访问****;中科院青年创新促进会会员/优秀会员,中国材料研究学会计算材料分会委员。一直专注于核材料辐照损伤效应的多尺度模拟研究,构建了有特色的缺陷动力学顺序多尺度模型方案,包括空间分辨的任意复杂结构模型和跨越扩散时间尺度的高效理论计算方法。自主开发了IM3D(开源)和IRadMat等并行程序,极大地提升了原有离子/中子初级辐照损伤计算方法对复杂体系和物理过程的处理能力和效率;在国内率先实现了离子—中子协同辐照下介观缺陷体系演化的团簇动力学模型,为定量探究材料的高能粒子轰击和长时间损伤演化等关键过程提供了高效的研究手段;揭示了钨/铍/铁基材料的初级损伤的纳米尺寸效应、缺陷产生演化/氢氦滞留行为及长期服役性能,为聚变堆材料的遴选设计提供了研究思路。目前也致力于发展半导体辐照失效机理的多尺度模拟研究,已成功构建了半导体缺陷动力学顺序多尺度模拟平台,探究了Si/GaN/SiC中带电缺陷/载流子动力学演化行为、相互作用机制及其对器件光电性能的影响规律。发表Int. J. Plasticity,Nucl. Fusion,Nanoscale和JNM等SCI学术论文50余篇;受邀编写一作英文论著章节1篇次(下载3700余次)和Tungsten综述论文1篇;参与制定国际(ISO)和国家(GB)标准各1项;获中国软件著作权2项,自主开源软件1个;受邀做国际大会(2016英国COSIRES)Keynote报告1次、国际大会邀请报告4次,国内会议邀请报告5次。
