个人简历 Personal resume


李海，男，1981年生，研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院健康与医学技术研究所转化医学研究中心负责人；分别于2003、2006、2010年在西北工业大学获得工学本科、硕士和博士学位；2007年4月至2013年6月分别在美国哈佛大学医学院和康奈尔大学附属医院研究所进行交流访问和博士后研究；2013年7月回国，就职于中科院合肥研究院；主要从事医学影像分析及其临床应用研究，包括脑科学和手术导航系统研究等，研究方法综合了图像处理、模式识别、神经认知、生物医学工程等多学科、专业，试图推进基于医学影像的转化医学发展；已在医学影像分析/神经科学领域的高水平期刊及会议上发表二十余篇第一/通讯作者文章，包括Neuroimage、Human Brain Mapping、Pattern Recognition、Advanced Science等；主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省科技重大专项、中国科学院合肥大科学中心协同创新培育基金、合肥市对外合作等项目，参与国家重点研发计划、中科院重点部署等项目；担任SCI索引期刊Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics（IF：3.75）编委。
