个人简介: 李中军,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,2008年从中国科学技术大学博士毕业,导师陈向军教授;同年到合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院工作,主要从事低维体系的表界面电子结构调控及其在电子、光电子和能量转换器件等方面应用的研究。其中2012年-2015年到中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度国家实验室从事博士后研究,导师杨金龙院士;2018年-2019年到美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校从事访问****,合作导师曾晓成教授。近些年在上述领域先后发表SCI论文近50篇,被国内外同行引用500余次,3篇入选ESI高被引。担任Nanoscale,Advanced Electronic Materials,Journal of Materials Chemistry C,Optical Materials Express,Nano Advance,Advanced Materials Interfaces和Computational Materials Science等学术期刊审稿人。

研究方向: 二维半导体及其范德华异质结的表面和界面结构调控、层间电荷载流子转移机制与器件应用;基于低维半导体体系的器件设计及性能模拟。
