　简历

黎洁，博士、硕士生导师，合肥工业大学通信工程系教师。主要研究方向为：多媒体通信，视频流传输，无线视频多播。发表论文多篇被SCI和EI收录，申请以及在申的国内发明专利，IEEE会员。

经历：
2016年赴华盛顿大学电子系访学。
2012年赴日本国立情报学研究所访学。
2011年7月进入合肥工业大学通信工程系任教。
2011年6月于中国科学技术大学获通信与信息系统专业博士学位。
2006年6月于中国科学技术大学获电子信息工程专业学士学位。
