李科杰，1989年出生，2019年获得西安交通大学电气工程工学博士学位，现为合肥工业大学电气与自动化工程学院师资博士后、讲师。目前主持电网环境保护国家重点实验室重点基金项目1项，国家自然科学青年基金项目1项，在IEEE Trans系列期刊上发表论文10余篇。研究方向主要为瞬态电磁环境产生与测量、电子系统电磁敏感度评估、电力系统电磁暂态建模分析等。
