  博士,副教授,硕士生导师,中国食品科学技术学会高级会员,中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会理事,中国营养学会会员,中国粮油学会会员,安徽省营养学会理事。国家自然科学基金食品科学学科同行评议专家和浙江省自然科学基金同行评议专家。国际国内学术期刊《Food Chemistry》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Natural Product Research》、《African Journal of Biotechnology》、《African Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacological Research》、《食品科学》、《包装与食品机械》、《食品与机械》、《中国科技论文在线》审稿人。《中外食品—食品技术》特约翻译。2005年6月江南大学食品科学与工程专业毕业,获博士学位。2007年9月至2009年10月在江南大学轻工技术与工程博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究工作。2009年11月至今在合肥工业大学生物与食品工程学院从事教学与科研工作,目前主要从事农产品精深加工及副产物综合利用、营养与功能食品、天然活性物质研究与开发的研究工作。
  近年来,主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金、江苏省博士后科研资助计划项目、合肥工业大学博士基金项目等多项课题,并作为项目组主要成员先后承担了国家“十二五”科技支撑计划、国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家农业科技成果转化资金项目、安徽省长三角科技联合攻关项目、中国-波兰政府间科技合作项目、江苏省自然科学基金创新学者攀登项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省“十五”科技攻关项目、安徽省“十一五”科技攻关项目、安徽省“十五”重大科技攻关项目、安徽省“九五”科技攻关项目以及合肥市重点科技项目等20余项课题的研究工作,参与编写科技专著3部,申请国家发明专利7项,其中授权国家发明专利2项,并获得教育部科技进步二等奖1项,中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步二等奖1项以及中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖——优秀论文三等奖1项,近年来在国内外重要期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中被SCI 收录21篇,EI收录13篇,影响因子>2.0的有13篇,影响因子>3.0的有9篇,SCI文章被《Molecular Aspects of Medicine》、《Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》、《Current Medicinal Chemistry》、《Journal of Nutrition》、《Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry》、《Journal of Neuroinflammation》、《PLoS ONE》、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等国际著名SCI学术期刊引用99次。中文文章被引用235次。
