主要研究兴趣是通过数学模型和计算机模拟解释生态系统的模式,揭示其生态和进化机 理,探索生物多样性的形成和维持机制。目前主要研究微生物群落的互作关系和网络结 构。研究结果发表在 Ecology
Letters、Evolution、Animal Behaviour、Proceedings of the Royal Society 等期刊上。论文被
Nature、Science、PNAS、Nature Communications、Trends in Ecology & Evolution、PLoS Biology、New
Phytologist、Ecology、Proc. Roy. Soc.、 American Naturalist 等期刊引用 400 多次,其中多次被 Nature 和 Science 引用。
