个人简介:
  唐汝培(博士,教授,博士生导师),男,生于1977年8月。1999年6月本科毕业于武汉大学化学与环境科学学院,获理学学士学位;1999年9月至2002年6月在武汉大学资源与环境科学学院学习获理学硕士学位,研究方向为基于天然聚多糖的环境友好材料;2002年9月至2005年6月在中国科学院化学研究所学习并获理学博士学位,研究方向为新型聚合物电致发光材料的设计、合成及性能研究。2005年8月至2006年5月在武汉理工大学化学与工程学院任讲师、副教授。2006年6月至2009年11月在美国明尼苏达大学生物医学工程系从事生物材料及药物传递等方面的博士后研究工作。2009年12月至2013年4月在江南大学药学院工作,任教授,硕士研究生导师,主要从事生物材料与缓释给药技术研究;2013年5月至今,安徽大学生命科学学院工作,任教授,博士生导师。2010年12月入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,2011年12月入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划。
  自2009年以来,从事具有良好生物相容性、特异靶向性及药物缓控释放特性的多功能生物材料的设计、制备与性能研究,主要研究方向包括生物可降解大分子材料的分子设计和可控合成、靶向药物控释制剂及纳米药物制剂等,所开展的研究课题基本上处于生物大分子、天然产物及药学等交叉领域的前沿,已在Biomaterials、Journal of Controlled Release、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Acta Biomaterialia、Biomacromolecules、Polymer Chemistry、Macromolecular Bioscience等SCI期刊发表六十余篇研究论文。目前主要从事环境响应型生物材料的应用基础研究,在生物材料的生物相容性和生物(药学)功能性方面开展了较为系统的研究,形成了基于酸敏感原酸酯键构建具有环境响应性新型生物材料的研究特色;研究发现基于原酸酯构建的生物材料具有环境刺激响应性,能对外界环境pH及温度的细微变化做出(超)灵敏反应;其作为药物及基因传递载体,可根据需要赋予载体环境刺激响应性,发挥智能载体的协调性,促进药物和治疗基因从载体材料中释放,有助于药物与目标靶点的相互作用,增强基因表达的水平以及实现缓释给药。
