??? 潘国宇于1997 年在中国药科大学取得学士学位,2003 年在中国药科大学取得博士学位。2004 年起在美国明尼苏达大学药学系从事博士后工作,期间进行药物转运体和抗艾滋病药物关系的研究,主要从事药物转运体相关的药代动力学和毒理学研究(ADMET)。尤其在抗艾滋病药物中枢神经系统通透性的动力学和安全性研究方面曾多次发表较有影响的研究成果。?
2007年开始在美国诺华制药公司工作,先后担任研究员,高级研究员,实验室主管,从事 ADMET 机制研究和药物安全性评价工作。主持多种药物代谢和毒性模型的设计和研究项目,是诺华三明治原代肝细胞模型的建立者,领导诺华全球药物转运体研究委员会工作。
潘国宇于2011 年3月回国在上海药物研究所组建研究课题组,主要从事药物诱导性肝脏损伤早期筛选平台的建立以及早期新药肝肾药物相互作用,药代动力学和安全性评价,同时领导药物所-阿斯利康联盟(SIMM-AstraZeneca Alliance)中药物制剂和生物分析工作。经过两年的建设,潘国宇课题组已经在药物的肝胆分布、肝脏毒性等领域取得显著进展,于2012年发表三明治肝细胞系统在新药研发早期阶段的使用策略和行业标准,引起行业内的巨大反响。其领导下的GLP实验室在2012年3月OECD认证中获得化学分析资质认可,2013年通过英国MHRA检查。
