主要研究领域:
宽频介电谱(Broadband Dielectric Spectroscopy)在农林、生物、化学、物理等体系中的应用。通过测量体系的介电性质,如频率依存性的介电常数和电导率,表征体系的分子动力学特征和结构组成等相关物理化学性质。
研究内容包括但不限于:
1、纤维素、淀粉等天然高分子结构与动力学的宽频介电谱研究;
2、微乳液法合成纳米粒子过程的介电谱实时监测及解析;
3、果蔬、肉禽等食品宽频介电行为及其过冷态贮藏、过冷化、干燥等过程的介电谱实时监测研究;
4、蛋白质等生命体系的结构、功能及动力学的宽频介电谱研究;
5、树枝状大分子等功能高分子结构-性能关联性的介电谱研究、聚电解质溶液介电行为研究。
