谢珊珊,女,江苏扬州人,博士。2010年获得南京农业大学学士学位,2015年获得南京农业大学博士学位,同年进入安徽农业大学生物学博士后流动站工作,2017年进入安徽农业大学生命科学学院工作。主要从事芽孢杆菌-植物互作和植物miRNA的抗病机理研究。曾揭示了芽孢杆菌通过分泌亚精胺来促进植物生长,并产生挥发性化合物来防治水稻白叶枯病。另外,曾成功鉴定出拟南芥Ath-miR846响应芽孢杆菌激活的诱导系统抗性进程,并证实其通过茉莉酸信号通路负向调控植物的防卫反应。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后科学基金各1项,以第一作者发表SCI论文8篇,授权发明专利3项。
