张冕群,女,2019年毕业于南京农业大学动物科技学院熊波教授生殖生物学实验室,获博士学位。2018年至2019年在比利时新鲁汶大学(UCLouvain)医学院进行国家公派博士研究生联合培养。2020年1月起在安徽农业大学担任副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事哺乳动物卵子质量控制的分子机理研究,研究成果:1)染色体黏合相关蛋白通过参与纺锤体检验点功能调控卵子成熟的分子基础,揭示卵子非整倍体形成机制; 2)受精的内在调控机制和外在影响因素,明确受精调节蛋白Oastacin和Juno在其中的作用机理,为解析卵子质量低下引起动物繁殖力下降提供了重要的理论依据。期间参与多项省级和国家级科研项目,共发表SCI论文15篇,其中以第一作者身份在J Pineal Res, FASEB J, Redox Biol, Free Radic Biol Med等主流学术期刊发表SCI论文共6篇。
