主要教学经历与成果:
参加工作以来,主要讲授农学的专业导论、作物育种学、作物品质分析等课程,烟草及种子科学与工程专业的烟草育种学和作物育种学等专业课程。指导农学、烟草、种子科学与工程等专业课程实习和毕业实习。期间主持或承担复合应用型及拔尖创新型人才培养、卓越农艺师人才培养、作物学科创新基地建设等国家级、省部级质量工程项目和教研项多项。指导硕士研究生多名,其中一名获得安徽省优秀毕业论文。主编《农林概论》十三五规划教材一部,发表教研论文3篇。分别以第一完成人和主要参与人2019年获得安徽省教学成果奖两项。

主要研究领域:
参加工作主要从事小麦遗传育种研究。以农业农村部黄淮南部小麦生物学与遗传育种重点实验室为主要平台,在小麦高产、抗逆、品质等重要性状调控基因挖掘、QTL定位、分子标记开发应用等领域开展研究。小麦种质资源创新、新品种选育等构成了主要研究内容。
主要科研项目:
主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金、小麦产业技术体系专项以及安徽省重大科技专项等项目4项;承担或参与国家自然科学基金重点支持联合基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发假话、国家科技支撑计划、国家小麦产业技术体系专项、农业部行业科技专项、转基因专项等国家级、省部级项目多项。可支配项目经费年均30余万。
主要科研成果、获奖情况:
近年来在国内外学术期刊发表论文三十余篇,其中SCI论文16篇,申报专利15项,授权10项。参与选育和审定小麦新品种安农0711、安农1124、安农1589、安农1580各1个,获得小麦新品种权3项。2019年获得安徽省科技进步奖一等奖一项(排名第3),2010年获得农业部农牧渔丰收奖二等奖1项(排名第9)。
